CONTRACT CARRIAGE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking Confirmation:
Seat or vehicle booking will be confirmed only after advance payment. Balance must be cleared before the trip starts. -
Usage Limitation:
The vehicle is hired for the specific purpose, route, and duration mentioned in the booking. It cannot be used for any unauthorized purpose. -
Cancellation & Refund:

Delays or Breakdowns:
Midukki Travels will make every effort to provide alternate arrangements, but shall not be liable for delays due to traffic, mechanical failure, or natural causes. -
Passenger Responsibility:
Passengers are responsible for their belongings. The company will not be liable for loss or theft of luggage or personal items. -
Driver Authority:
The driver must follow only the route and timings approved in the contract carriage permit. Passengers shall not force deviation or excess load. -
Damage or Misconduct:
Any damage to the vehicle or misconduct during the trip will be the responsibility of the hirer/passenger group. -
Permits & Regulations:
The vehicle will operate under valid tourist permit and RTO regulations. Passengers must cooperate with inspection or verification if required. -
Force Majeure:
Midukki Travels shall not be responsible for cancellation or delay due to strike, accident, roadblock, weather, or government restriction. -
Jurisdiction:
Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Idukki District Courts only.
